The Cardano Foundation is searching for a passionate and driven Ecosystem Engagement Lead to play a crucial role in fostering a thriving and collaborative Cardano community. In this role, you will be the driving force behind community building, engagement, and support initiatives, empowering individuals to actively participate in shaping the future of the Cardano ecosystem. You will be having the following responsibilities:
Community Building and Engagement:
Facilitate collaborative discussions through roundtable discussions, workshops, and open forums focused on governance, operator challenges, and community-driven initiatives.
Empower diverse community members to contribute ideas and lead projects aligned with ecosystem goals.
Create knowledge-sharing platforms for operators and stakeholders to exchange best practices and strategies.
Foster a shared vision and sense of purpose within the community.
Analyze community data to gather insights, identify trends, and measure the impact of engagement initiatives.
Support for Community Event Leaders:
Actively engage with current and prospective meetup organizers to understand their needs.
Provide resources, and offer guidance beyond the Ambassador Program, including overseeing the ‘Community-Led Events’ workstream for the Cardano Summit.
Establish communication channels for organizers to collaborate and share best practices.
Promote community events through Cardano channels to increase visibility and attendance.
Provide organizers with materials such as presentation templates, branding guidelines, and educational content.
Recognize and reward the contributions of event organizers.
